Payment Failure or I can't complete payment

ONeilOnline has two third party payment processors, PayPal and Stripe.

If you are placing an order from outside the United States, your best option to complete payment is with Stripe.

ALL orders are checked for valid customer information, email addresses, location addresses, and customer history. All orders are also verified with Maxmind and Fraud Record automatically and must receive a passing score in order to be completed. Any of these verification processes can result in a payment failure or rejected order.
