This position is based in Santa Clara, CA.

The enterprise team at oneilonline is on the front lines of securing partner relations. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you champion the innovation and unique feature set oneilonline products can provide to our clients at the enterprise level. You bring oneilonline products and portfolio into enterprise sized companies in the Bay Area, and can handle complex customer and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate a plan to ensure broad penetration into the large accounts within your territory.
  • Understand complex customer requirements on both the business and technical level.
  • Understand oneilonline products and unique feature set.
  • Develop effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment.
  • Able to participate and network at events.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree. In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years field sales experience in the technology industry.
  • Experience and understanding of technology and its role in a production environment.
  • Proven ability to sell both large and small deals, and to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Excellent listening and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated.
  • Able to work independently but within a team environment.

Level 1 MySQL/MariaDB Enterprise Cluster Administrator
This position is based in Seattle, Washington.

The team of MySQL/MariaDB Enterprise Administrators at ONeilOnline is on the back end of server support and maintenance. The team all work remotely scattered around the world. This position is for a dedicated MySQL/MariaDB enterprise server cluster administrator.

Responsibilities:
  • Day to day support and maintenance of MySQL/MariaDB enterprise cluster servers.
  • Monitor and ensure performance of clustered servers.
  • Assess issues and troubleshoot servers if they arise.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Linux Server Network Administrator in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience in NOC management software, like Nagios.
  • Experience in MySQL Enterprise clustered servers.
  • Experience in delegating and prioritizing tasks in an occasionally high stress environment.
  • Organized, self motivated, team player.
